The Kits

Where the prompt winds up.

Every field note on this site describes a system I actually run. This page is the packaged version of those systems — the importable file, the starter repo, the playbook. You can take any of it and have it running the same afternoon.

Nothing here asks for your email. If a thing isn't packaged yet, it says so.

Import and run — n8n workflows

Translate It Once — Sheet to Slack

Work where you already work, and let the system carry it to where the team looks. A row changes in a spreadsheet; a formatted summary lands in the channel. This is the one almost everybody builds first, because it mirrors the pain most exactly.

Importable n8n workflow · carries on-canvas notes, so it explains itself once loaded · ~20 minutes end to end

Inbox to Calendar Draft

Mail arrives carrying a time and a commitment. Instead of you reading it, deciding, and typing it into a calendar, the system drafts the event and waits for you to say yes. The optional AI step is where it stops being a rule and starts being judgment.

Build it with your own AI — starter repos

The Nurture Engine — Starter Kit

It watches the people you care about, decides when there's a real reason to write, drafts the note, and puts it in front of you. It never sends on its own. Start with the twenty-minute Monday-morning version in any AI that can search the web, then build the full engine with the paste-in prompt. Includes the five things that broke in mine and the rule each became.

The Operator's Agent — Health Edition

The companion that turns a stated intention into a logged fact. You talk at it from wherever you are; it writes the record, keeps the streak, and tells you the truth about what you actually did. Built to be rebuilt — you run it against your own life, not mine.

The Purse — Stage One

A ledger, a ritual, and a witness. The oldest personal-finance idea there is, wired so that it actually happens every week instead of being a thing you meant to do. Build it in one sitting with your own Claude.

Playbooks

The Storage Hygiene Playbook

What to check, in what order, before you believe any system telling you that you're out of room and need to buy more. I got 78 GB back having moved nothing and bought nothing.

The Governor — design your first loop

Not a repo yet, and I'd rather say that than pretend. The starter prompt lives inside the piece itself — it works in any chat AI, and it walks you through designing one loop you can actually hold: what fires it, what it checks, and what it does when you miss.

On the workflows. Both n8n files are stripped — no credentials, no keys, no identifiers, dummy IDs throughout. Import one, wire your own connections, and run it once before you trust it with anything that matters. That last part is the whole discipline.
